Canada Post strike and making your year-end gift

The end of the calendar year is the busiest in terms of donations for many charities including Bruyère Health Foundation. And, most donations are still made through the mail.

Please support the important work being done every day at Bruyère Health.

Here are other ways to give and have an immediate impact:

2. By Phone: 613-562-6319 during regular business hours (please feel free to leave us a voicemail, we will return your call withing 24 business hours!)
3. In Person: Visit us at our Foundation office, located on the main floor at 43 Bruyère Street

If you have already mailed a donation: Due to the ongoing postal strike, we have no way of knowing when your mailed donations will reach us. Donations in transit are stalled in place until the strike is over. Please rest assured your gift will be processed as soon it arrives.

Tax receipts: Tax receipts for mailed donations will be sent once postal services resume. If you would like to receive your tax receipt sooner, please contact us and we will send it by email. All cheques dated on or before December 31 will be eligible for a 2024 tax receipt.
