Function Summary
Reporting to the Clinical Manager, this role acts as a resource person and assumes responsibility for the day-to-day duties in providing secretarial and administrative support to the Clinical Managers.

Required Qualifications
- One (1) year college diploma in office administration or other relevant field or equivalent combination of experience, education and training.
- One (1) year of relevant experience in supporting management positions with secretarial and administrative functions
- Intermediate Computer Skills
- Basic Medical Terminology
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluent in French and English
- Experience in a health care environment
