Bruyère Health Greystone Transitional Care enhancing regional capacity

Bruyère Health is pleased to share that Greystone Transitional Care will be temporarily opening 12 beds from November 11, 2024, to the end of March 2025. This initiative aims to enhance regional capacity during respiratory season, ensuring that we can better serve our community.
Bruyère Health Greystone Transitional Care is a 120-bed hospital facility overseen by Bruyère Health and managed by Bayshore Integrated Care Solutions. It accepts transitional care referrals throughout the region.
To access these beds, referring hospitals and organizations can continue to use the existing referral process to Bruyère Health.
